Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Cancellation fees will be applied per person according to the following schedule, based on the date we receive your written notification:


  • More than 60 days before tour start date: Cancellations initiated with more than 60 days' notice will receive their deposit as a credit. This credit can be used towards future tours with Ride Cavalleria and expires one year after being issued.


  • 60 Days or less before tour start date: Cancellations within 60 days will forfeit their deposit as a cancellation fee. Any balance payments can be held on file as a credit for future tours and services with Ride Cavalleria. This credit expires one year after being issued.


  • 30 Days or less before tour start date: Cancellations within 30 days will forfeit their deposit and any balance payments as a cancellation fee.


  • Cancellations initiated by Ride Cavalleria: In the event of cancellations initiated by Ride Cavalleria due to conditions beyond our control (e.g., fires, weather, terrorism, civil strife, floods, earthquakes, or natural catastrophes), the full amount of balances paid will be credited towards a future trip.



Additional Notes:


  • No refunds will be provided for any reason for an unused portion of a trip once it begins.


  • The trip price is a package cost, and refunds and credits are not available for services not used.


  • There are no exceptions to this cancellation and refund policy, including reasons related to weather, terrorism, civil strife, personal, family, or medical emergencies, or any circumstances beyond our control.


  • We strongly encourage you to purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance as well as travel protection (e.g., travel medical insurance and emergency evacuation services).


  • Ride Cavalleria is not responsible for expenses incurred by participants in preparing for a trip (e.g., nonrefundable advance purchase air tickets, equipment, etc.) or for any additional arrangements pre- or post-departure date.


  • The trip minimum is 8 machines. If the trip does not meet the minimum, you will be notified, and new trip departure dates will be available to you. We recommend purchasing refundable air tickets or waiting until we confirm approximately 3 months prior to the tour that we have a sufficient number of participants.
